Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using VocationCheck.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

VocationCheck provides AI-powered career disruption analysis reports ("Reports"). Reports are generated using artificial intelligence based on the job title and description you provide. Reports are delivered digitally and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using VocationCheck, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Reports are sold on a one-time, per-report basis. No subscription is required.
  • All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of any applicable fees.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
  • All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediately-generated nature of the Reports, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical failure that prevents report delivery.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your Report, please contact [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Reports without written permission.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service in an automated manner.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content in job descriptions.

5. Intellectual Property

The Reports generated are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. VocationCheck retains all intellectual property rights in the Service, its design, and underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Reports will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocationCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any Report.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
