When you use VocationCheck, we may collect the following information:

  • Email address — provided when you request a report, used to send your report link and for support communications.
  • Job title and job description — provided voluntarily to generate your AI Disruption Report.
  • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your credit card details.
  • Usage data — standard analytics including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region (country/state level). No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and deliver your AI Disruption Report.
  • To respond to support requests and inquiries.
  • To improve the quality and accuracy of our service.
  • To send you your report link via email (no marketing emails without explicit consent).

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Stripe — for payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
  • AI/LLM providers — your job title and description are sent to an AI model to generate your report. These are processed under the provider's data processing terms.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or government authority.

4. Data Retention

We retain your report data for up to 24 months to allow you to access it again via your report link. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Sensitive settings such as API keys are stored encrypted at rest.

6. Cookies

We use minimal session cookies necessary for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
